GN sludge vacuum pump is completely pneumatic conveying equipment that can be applied to the conveying of various material. GN solid vacuum pump has a compact tructure, which is convenient for on-site layout. There are 3 modesl, GNSP-10B, GNSP-20B which equip with wheels, and GNSP-40B. When pump working, the suction and discharge process conduct alternatively. GNSP-40B can work in either automatic mode or manual mode, GNSP-10 B and GNSP-20B only have automatic mode.
As for GNSP-40B, the max capacity is 40m3/h (For clean water), and vacuum degree is 85Kpa/25 inch HG（Mercury Column), the max solids size is 75mm, for the max distance is 50M.
GN solid vacuum pump has certain advantages in conveying loose materials with high viscosity, so it is often used as the feeding equipment in the waste oily sludge treatment system.
In addition, GN solid vacuum pump has other typical applications, such as the transportation of grain particles, the transportation of mining slag, and the cleaning of sludge pits and so on.
