Recently GN has completed one set GNLW364 sludge dewatering centrifuge and will send  them to overseas customers.

As is well known, decanter centrifuge is commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment, and it is also widely used in the food industry. The suspension to be treated needs to meet the density difference between the solid phase and the liquid phase, so that the solid-liquid separation can be effectively carried out under the action of centrifugal force.

The GNLW364FT sludge dewatering centrifuge is an effcient and environmentlly friendly sludge dewatering equipment developed by GN company. It equip with 30KW main motor and 7.5KW back drive motor, in order to Saving electricity.It also come with a VFD control panel.

Additionally, GN usually provides a VFD control cabinet for the centrifuge, and frequency converters are installed inside to control the speed of the bowl and the screw. According to the matched feeding flow, the feed pump frequency converter will also be installed inside the control cabinet. The VFD cabinet of GN decanter centrifuge is equipped with a PLC. The operator can view the equipment operation on the touch screen and control the equipment operation through the interactive interface of the panel.

This clients was a Middle East Biotechnology Company, they choose the model GNGQ142 to do Microbial fermentation broth separation, it equip with the cooling coil, which can keep the tempearture of the fermentation at lower statue and maintain the activity. The rotor material is 316L, equipped with cooling coils to maintain the working temperature of the material, including a stainless steel variable frequency control box, with adjustable speed, speed display, and temperature display.

The device is also equipped with a frequency conversion control cabinet, which can easily adjust the speed and display the speed and temperature in real-time. This intelligent control method makes operation more convenient, while also providing customers with more flexibility.

This week, GN completed the assembly a unit dewater screw press, which later will be sent to overseas clients which located in America for wastewater treatment.

The screw press unit is a compact sludge dewatering equipment with low energy consumption and low noise, which can achieve a high degree of automation control in the process of use.

The dewater screw press machine is composed of fully automatic control cabinet, flocculation modulation box, sludge thickening and dewatering devie, and liquid tank.

The screw dewater press mainly divided into two parts in structure, namely flocculation conditioning tank and dewatering assemble. The main body material is stainless steel 304, with high structural strength, good corrosion resistance and easy maintenance.

In this order, the customer choose the model of GNDL301 which equip with screw diameter 300mm and 1 piece 0.55KW screw motor and a agitator which power 0.4KW.
