The theme of this show by GN Company is oily sludge treatment equipment. GN is can not only provide customers with separate equipment, but also provide customers with complete system solutions. sludge vacuum pump is absolutely pneumatic driving pump suitable for multi-material transferring. No matter low solids content or high solid contend materials like waster, low viscosity slurry, thick sludge and even solid powder can be transferred by GN solids vacuum pump. Depends on the model and jobsite a condition, the pump is supplied with manually operation and automatic operation method. With sufficient air pressure and air flow, the pump can work continuously.

 

Sludge Dewatering Centrifuge – GN decanter centrifuge is widely use solid liquid separation equipment, it can do solid-liquid-liquid separation and solid liquid separation.

Currently, GN disc stack centrifuges is widely used for algae filed, there are a heavy demand in Europe and all of the world. The principle is that the algae suspension is fed directly into the centrifuge, inside centrifuge the suspension is separated into a mostly clear water phase and an algae concentrate, the algae concentrate is discharged periodically and has a fluid/creamy consistency.

The disc stack centrifuge  can treat the particles content less than 3%, it’s better to be 0.2%. Therefore, in some application, pre-treatment will be carried out by dissolved air flotation device, and then clarification and separation will be carried out in the disc stack centrifuge. And this disc stack centrifuge is specilize on algae.

The algae water mixture of 2% solids content, We will centrifuge this mixture to produce an algae concentrate of minimum 20% solids. The algae/water mixture fed to disc stack centriuge will originate from a DAF (dissolved air flotation device) meaning the algae will have been flocculated.

Concentration of algae solids in feed at 0.1%,   90% of the algae present reports to the concentrate.

GN Finished the assembly of a set of dewater screw press, and carried out factory tests. After that it will arrange to sent to overseas customers for sewage treatment in food plants.

The dewater screw press is a common sludge dewatering equipment, The dewater screw press machine is characterized by compact structure, low energy consumption, low noise and high degree of automation.many customers in the sewage treatment industry choose to use screw press for sludge dewatering. GN screw press is mainly composed of modules such as sludge flocculation cabin, dewatering screw assembly and electric control cabinet.The flocculation cabin is used to receive the original sludge and flocculants. After the flocculated sludge enters the dewatering screw, it will move towards the slag discharge port, gradually dry under the joint extrusion of the disc ring and screw, and finally discharge from the slag discharge port. The solid content of discharged mud cake is about 20%, which can meet the conditions of stacking and transportation. According to the nature of the sludge to be treated, GN is able to provide the screw press make of stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316 and even duplex stainless steel 2205 to meet customer requirements.

GN solids vacuum pump is completely pneumatic conveying equipment. Its working principle is to empty the inside of the equipment through an external air source to form a negative pressure. After the transported material is sucked into the equipment, compressed gas is introduced to discharge the material. GN solids vacuum pump has a wide range of applications and can transport liquid, slurry with high liquid content, sludge with high solid content and loose solid particles and powder.

GN solids vacuum pump has three models, namely GNSP10B, GNSP20B and GNSP40B. The maximum transport capacity of the three models for clean water is 10 cubic meters, 20 cubic meters and 40 cubic meters respectively. The GN Mini Vacuum Cleaner is designed for industrial tough clean-up jobs. GN Mini Vacuum Cleaner can be used to transfer or remove fluids with high solids content. Also it can be used to remove powder material like sand and dust etc.
