The use of high-speed rotating drum generates centrifugal force to retain the solid particles in the juice suspension in the drum and automatically discharged to the outside of the machine under the action of force, while under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid in the suspension is thrown out through the settling medium, drum slag discharge port, so as to achieve the purpose of liquid-solid separation.

Working principle:
The purpose of separation is to separate the solids in the mixed fluid with a specific gravity greater than that of the liquid-phase fluid from the liquid-phase fluid.
When the mixed fluid inlet into the high-speed rotation of the drum body cavity, mixed liquids in the specific gravity of the solids, under the action of centrifugal force, rapid settlement to the inner wall of the drum, by the spiral pusher from the solid-phase exit out of the drum body; while the specific gravity of the liquid phase is small in the centrifugal force of the formation of the inner layer of the liquid ring, through the liquid-phase overflow port out of the drum body. The drum and the spiral pusher operate at high speed at the same time, due to the existence of a certain speed difference between the two, making the solids settled on the drum wall uninterruptedly by the spiral pusher pushed to the liquid outlet discharge, the whole separation process is continuous.

GN solid vacuum pump

Several days agaon, GN have arranged to send 2 sets solid vacuum pump to Taiwan, China. The customer will used our solid vacuum pump to do the sewage transfer job, it is 100% air driving,  so it can be used in flammable and explosive environments and has passed ATEX certification, need to connect to a compressore for work.

In this order, the customer choose GNSP-40B models cause the suction and discharge capacity, The pump can transfer material with high gravity and high density, solids content max up to 80%, the max particle size is 75mm, The pump structure is simple and compact, almost none of wear parts. The transfer distance is up to 500-1000 meters.

The inlet/outlet size of GNSP-40B models is 4»(114MM) and vacuum degree is 85Kpa/25 inch HG(Mercury Column), also its pressure request is 550Kpa-785Kpa(80-114PSI) and air demand is 17M3/min(600CFM).

GN 3-phase centrifuge for oil sludge separation

Recently GN has completed a 3-phase centrifuge which will be send oversea customer work for oil sludge separation application.

As we all know, 3-phase centrifuge is specialized solid-liquid-liquid separation, and it also widely used Mineral oil industry, for the feeding material we control the Solids Less 10% and Particle Size less than 2mm.

The 3-phase centrifuge of model GNLWS-364 with bowl diameter 360mm and bowl length 1567mm which make the material working in the bowl with long time in order to make the discharge solid more dryer and the discharge liqiud more cleanly, and the capacity of GNLWS-364 model hydraulic capacity is 5M3/h, if the solid content of your material to process is higher and the material is more viscosity, the handling capaciry will be smaller. The 3-phase centrifuge adopts the electrical dual-motor driving system and equip with VFD control cabinet, In order to extend the service life of the 3-phase decanter centrifuge, GN adopts tungsten material protection at the screw blades, and installs wear-resistance bushing at the slag discharge port.
