GN disc stack separator

3-phase disc stack separator is an efficient solid-liquid separation equipment, widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other fields. This separator adopts a unique disc design, through the high-speed rotation of the disc to generate a strong centrifugal force, the solid particles in the mixture of liquid and liquid separation.

The main working principle of the three-phase disc separator is: when the mixed liquid enters the separator, under the action of the high-speed rotating disc, the solid particles are thrown to the outer edge of the disc by centrifugal force and slid down along the disc under the action of gravity to the slag discharge; while the liquid, due to the difference in density and centrifugal force, forms a number of concentric rings inside the disc and is discharged from the central part of the liquid discharge port.

Three-phase disc separator has the following advantages:

High separation efficiency: due to the design of high-speed rotating discs, it can generate strong centrifugal force, thus achieving efficient solid-liquid separation.
Wide range of application: It is suitable for processing mixed liquids of various concentrations, viscosities and particle sizes, and is especially suitable for processing mixed liquids containing fine solid particles.
Easy to operate: compact structure, small footprint, easy to operate, easy to maintain and manage.
Energy-saving and environmental protection: there is no need to add any chemicals in the separation process, which reduces the operation cost and pollution to the environment.
It should be noted that when using the three-phase disc separator, you should choose the right model and specification according to the actual production demand, and operate and maintain it according to the operating procedures to ensure the normal operation and separation effect of the equipment.

Pls feel free to contac GN if any further question regarding 3-Phase disc stack separator.

Hall A1, Booth 104-B, Dates 13-17 May, 2024

One of GN’s flagship products is its sludge dewatering centrifuge. This efficient and reliable machine is designed to handle both municipal and industrial wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering needs. The centrifuge’s ensures maximum solid-liquid separation, resulting in dryer sludge and clearer effluent. This not only reduces the volume of sludge requiring disposal but also lowers operational costs and environmental impact.

GN’s solid vacuum pump is a fully automated conveying equipment which is capable of handling a wide range of materials, including liquids, slurries, solid powders, and gravels. Its robust construction and high-performance capabilities make it a valuable addition to any environmental processing system.

Welcome to GN’s booth, any question pls feel free to contact us.

GN Centrifugal Desander and Desilter Machine for China Drilling Company

The GN centrifugal desander and desilter machine is a type of solids control equipment commonly used in the drilling industry. It is designed to remove sand-sized particles (desanding) and silt-sized particles (desilting) from drilling fluids, ensuring the cleanliness and effectiveness of the fluid during drilling operations.

2024.04.26 Centrifuge

The working principle of the GN centrifugal desander and desilter machine is based on centrifugal force. As the drilling fluid enters the machine, it is directed to a series of rotating cones or bowls. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of these cones or bowls separates the solid particles from the fluid based on their size and density. The larger particles are forced to the outer walls of the cones or bowls and are then discharged through outlets, while the cleaner fluid flows out of the machine for reuse in the drilling process.]

2024.04.26 Centrifuge Separation

The GN centrifugal desander and desilter machine offers several advantages. It can effectively remove solid particles from the drilling fluid, improving the fluid’s properties and extending its useful life. This reduces the need for frequent fluid replacement, saving time and money. Additionally, the machine helps maintain the integrity of the drilling equipment by reducing wear and tear caused by abrasive particles.

Overall, the GN centrifugal desander and desilter machine is a crucial piece of equipment for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of drilling operations. It plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and performance of the drilling fluid, which is essential for successful drilling operations.

GN decanter centrifuge can do professional solid-liquid separtion

A solid-liquid two-phase decanter centrifuge, also known as a decanter or a decanter centrifuge, is a type of industrial separation equipment used for separating solid particles from a liquid mixture. It operates based on the principle of sedimentation and centrifugal force.
Here’s how a solid-liquid two-phase decanter centrifuge typically works:
Feed Introduction: The mixture of solid and liquid is introduced into the decanter centrifuge through a feed pipe or inlet.

Separation Zone: Inside the decanter, there is a rotating bowl that houses a cylindrical rotor. The mixture is fed into the separation zone, where the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the bowl causes the solid particles to settle on the bowl wall, forming a cake layer.
Clarification: The clarified liquid phase, also known as the centrate or effluent, flows towards the center of the bowl due to the centrifugal force. It is then collected and discharged through specific outlets.
Solid Discharge: As the solid cake layer accumulates on the bowl wall, it is continuously pushed towards the conical end of the bowl by the rotating screw conveyor (also called the scroll). The screw conveyor transports the solid cake towards the discharge ports, where it is removed from the centrifuge.

The key advantages of using a solid-liquid two-phase decanter centrifuge include efficient solid-liquid separation, continuous operation, and the ability to handle large volumes of feed material. These centrifuges find applications in various industries, such as wastewater treatment, chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and mining, among others.
It’s important to note that specific details of a decanter centrifuge, such as its capacity, rotational speed, and design, may vary depending on the manufacturer and intended application. If you require more detailed information or have specific inquiries about a solid-liquid two-phase decanter centrifuge, I recommend consulting with manufacturers or suppliers who specialize in this equipment

GN 5m3 Oily Sludge Treatment System for Middle East Customer

Recently, GN has completed the fabrication of 5M3 oil sludge system. Following the final factory assembly and testing, the system is ready to ship to the overseas customers.

This oil sludge system designed by GN company. It’s a primary objective in order to reduce the hydrocarbon content in oil sludge through a combination of dilution, thermal washing and chemical treatment.

This treatment process begins with  the pre-mixing and hot- washing module, where sludge is diluted, demulsified and heated.

Following pre-mixing, the sludge passed through the screening separation module, where large particles are removed, and fine particles will go to the decanter centrifuge.

Following the shale shaker, the sludge is usually processed through a decanter centrifuge, which further separates solids and liquids using high-speed rotation.

Chemical Mixing System: Chemicals may be added to enhance the separation process, breaking down the emulsions and aiding in the removal of contaminants.
Thermal Treatment Unit: In some systems, there might be a provision for thermal treatment, where the sludge is heated to separate oil, water, and solids through evaporation and condensation.
Solids Drying Unit: The separated solids may undergo further drying to reduce moisture content, making them easier to dispose of or recycle.
Centrifugal Pump: These are used for transferring fluids within the system, such as moving sludge from one stage to another.
Control System: An automated control system manages the entire process, regulating parameters like flow rates, temperatures, and chemical dosages for optimal performance.
