Ecomondo the Green Technology Expo In Rimini

Ecomondo the Green Technology Expo will be grandly held from 7th to 10th November at Rimini expo center in Italy. The exhibition aims to showcase new technologies and equipment in solid-liquid separation in the wastewater recovery and environmental industry .

As a processional equipment manufacturer, GN separation will appear at Ecomondo Green Technology Expo with booth No. B7,414 to show decanter centrifuge, solid vacuum pump and dewater screw press.

At this exihibition, GN will show the following equipment

  1. GNLW224FT-VFD. It’s the smallest model of decanter centrifuge which we have, with bowl diameter 220mm(9 inch), the max bowl speed is 5054RPM, we adopt SUS2205 or SUS 2304 (Duplex Stainless Steel) Centrifugal Casting, in order to reduce wear and make lifespan a little longer.
  2. GNSP10B solid vacuum pump, it’s 100% pneumatic driving, need to connect a compressor for work, it can be safely used in flammable and explosive places.
  3. GNHDL14SY Mini dewater screw press, it’s widely used in sewage treatment projects of municipal, aquaculture, food, starch, oil, pharmaceutical, chemical, paper, leather and other industries.

Clarifying Decanter Centrifuge

Since its beginnings, GN has designed, developed and produced different kinds of centrifuges for  solid/liquid and liquid/liquid separation.

GN clarifying decanter centrifuge is C series decanter centrifuge with beach angle of 20 degree. It suits for material of small particle size, low density difference between solids and liquid, moderate viscosity, moderate concentration.

2023.09.01 Decanter Centrifuge

The beach angle of the C series clarifying decanter centrifuge is 20 degree, so the bowl cone section is short, and the straight section of the bowl is longer, it will give the bowl to have a longer clarifying section.

 

The rotating part of these decanter tricanter centrifuges is mounted on a compact, in-line frame, with main bearings at both ends. Vibration dampers are placed under the frame. The rotating part is enclosed in a casing with a cover and a bottom section with integrated outlets for both solids and the liquid being removed.

Clarifying decanters are designed for the continuous separation of suspensions into solids and clarified liquid, it widely used for Food, Beverage, Edible Oil separation processing and transfer solutions .

The 3 phase Oil Decanter Centrifuge can clarify, separate and dehydrate materials of 0.002-3mm or classify solid phase particles of 1um-5um. With a wide range of applications, continuous work, large processing capacity, low cost, easy maintenance, etc., it is the best equipment for solid-liquid-liquid separation. It is widely used in waste oil sludge, chemical, light industry, medicine, food, paper making, mining and other industries.

 

Three-phase Oil Decanter Centrifuge show great superiority in the treatment of triple mud, as they not only separate out the solids in the mud, but also the dirty oil in the mud, which is incomparable to other separation methods. In the three-phase Oil Decanter Centrifuge, the main motor drives the drum to rotate at full speed and the material is continuously introduced into the spiral by the feed tube and evenly distributed to the spiral discharge port. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid phase settles to the wall of the drum and is pushed out by the spiral pusher towards the slag outlet of the conical drum, So the centrifugal force is becoming less from outside to inside according to the magnitude of centrifugal force. A concentric solid layer and two liquid layers are formed. Solids are pushed out by the screw conveyor, and liquids are removed from their respective nozzles. Therefore, the application of three-phase decanter centrifuge can not only separate the solid in the material, but also separate the two-phase liquid with different specific gravity in the material, that is, Solid-liquid-liquid separation can be achieved.

 

GN sludge vacuum pump

A couple day ago, GN completed the assembly and factory test of one set solids vacuum pump and sent them to the loading port. The equipment will be transported to the overseas clients.

Waste vacuum pump, also named as solids transfer pump. It is a pneumatic slurry transfer vacuum pump for liquid,  slurry, and solids transfer. With special structure design, it can be used at tough environmental for solids  transfer, high working performance and less maintenance. The pump can transfer material with high gravity and high  density, solids content max. up to 80%.

In some working areas such as mine sites, some mud and other mud-water mixtures will be generated during the mining process, occupying a large amount of working area and needing to be cleaned up in time. This kind of cleaning work needs a kind of equipment with strong conveying capacity and easy to move, and GN solid vacuum pump is fully capable of this work. In addition to conveying slurry, GN solid vacuum pump can also be used for cleaning sludge at the bottom of tanks, conveying grain, conveying construction slurry and so on.

GN sludge vacuum pump

A couple day agon, GN Separation produced and shipped a batch of decanter centrifuges and inclined plate clarifier for mud dewatering projects.

When you need separate solid /liquid mixtures with high solids content, you can choose a decanter centrifuge.Decanter centrifuges can be optimally adjusted for specific applications. Applications range from sludge dewatering to classification or wet classification to solid classification.
