The Sludge Inlet, Polymer Inlet, and Flushing Inlet are the same inlet for Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge, and can be connected by Tee/Four-way fitting, and clients can find easily in local Hardware Store. (3 bar is enough for feed inlet of Decanter)
GN Company would supply detailed and complete PI&D Drawing, User Manual, and complete set of spare parts for clients.
GN Company applies the technology of Centripetal Pump for discharge of the heavy liquid. It is used for flexible of different Liquid Phase Proportion. An adjustable impeller discharges the “heavy” liquid phase. Furthermore, the operator can use the adjustable impeller to adjust the pond depth of the heavy liquid without difficulty during ongoing operation. According to the Proportion of two different phases, an adjustment mechanism causes the position of the impeller to change, thus changing the separation line of the liquids. The process engineering results can thus be influenced so as to achieve the required separation result.
GN Company’s Decanter is made of Duplex Stainless Steel 2205/2304, and its working hours are much longger than SS304/316, especially when the slurry has high content of chloride ion.
Besides supplying Centrifuge, GN Company is also capable to supply supporting equipment, which includes Sludge Feeding Pump, Screw Conveyor, Polymer Preparation Unit, Tank, etc.
